The product consists of a 57-inch-long aluminum tube that attaches to your vehicle’s roof rack and holds five gallons of water poured from a standard garden hose. The tube can be pressurized (up to 18 pounds per square inch) by attaching a bicycle pump or tire inflator to the relief valve.
