Fans of early-generation Mustangs should check out Revology. The Florida-based company, begun by former Ford Special Vehicle Team (SVT) boss Tom Scarpello, builds “properly engineered” replicas of classic 1966-’68 Mustang fastbacks and convertibles (and their Shelby derivatives). The cars come with modern suspensions, exhaust systems, wheels, interiors and engines. Buyers can choose supercharged and non-supercharged 5.0-liter V-8 engines that produce up to 600 horsepower. Both six-speed manual and automatic transmissions are also available. Prices begin at about $180,000 for a 1966 Mustang fastback or convertible, and up into the $230,000 range for a 1967 Shelby GT500 tribute.
