Originally developed in France, the Formula D board game has been updated for North America. This fast-paced game involves rolling the dice and “racing” around the track, with the added complexity of having to slow down (missing your turn at play) when you reach the corners, shifting gears using varying types of dice, heading to the pits to “refuel” your points status, and so on. The board has a closed racing circuit one side and a typical city layout on the other for urban street chases.
