In a very welcome surprise, it was announced that the Formula One racing great Michael Schumacher has left the hospital in Switzerland where he was undergoing treatment for a head injury. Schumacher had been in a medically induced coma since late December after falling while skiing in the French Alps. Although out of hospital, his exact condition isn’t known at this time.
